*Yes, food and drinks are allowed on most motorcoaches as long as passengers pick up trash and clean up any spills afterward. Many school bus providers request that you refrain from bringing glass bottles and messy foods. If your group doesn’t clean up after yourselves thoroughly, you may be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

*We accommodate groups who wish to drink alcohol during their trip. However, please speak to our representatives beforehand if you’re planning to bring alcohol on the bus. Also note that if you spill anything or create a mess, your group will be responsible for paying a $250 cleaning fee.

No. Our team will plan out the best routes and parking spots for your trip. However, you should aim to have a detailed itinerary before you call that includes all the places you’ll want to visit and where you’ll be staying so we can map out your route and parking more effectively.

It isn’t required, but it’s always strongly encouraged and appreciated. We suggest that you bring 10-15% of your rental cost in cash and give it to your driver at the end of your trip.

Drivers handle their own food and drinks. However, for overnight trips you do need to reserve lodging for your driver at your hotel. Drivers need 8 hours of sleep for every 10 hours they drive, and booking everyone at the same hotel makes pick-ups and drop-offs a more streamlined process. Let the hotel know you’re traveling on a charter bus—they may offer group discounts or free lodging for drivers.

Once you book your charter bus, most of our partners require that you pay 30% of the total cost to hold your reservation. Deposits may vary, so we’ll let you know how much you owe when you call.
